Working with FHRI now is self-destructive

Working with the self-christened Foundation For Human Rights Initiative (FHRI) is a murder to ones career now. I regret having worked there. FHRI which clearly is now Famed for Human Rights Infringement, Forum for Human Rights Impingement, but also whose last initial changes from A-Z whereby it becomes Famed for Human Rights Abuse (FHRA), Focus on Human Rights Bashing (FHRB), Forum for Human Rights Combustion (FHRC), Foundation for Human Rights Decadency (FHRD), Foundation for Human Rights Destruction (FHRD), Foundation for Human Rights Degradation (FHRD), Foundation for human rights devaluation (FHRD) under the leadership of Livingstone who now is a dead stone. And I mean dead in moral and mental aspects (he can file a defamation suit against me since for him he believes in legalistic means to kill the socially beneficial end - justice).

I have deep respect for these thoroughly intelligent and morally upright people who are now trapped in an intricate puzzle: 1. Sheila Muwanga, 2. Elizabeth Nantamu, 3. Josephine Kankunda, 4. Alice Nassaka, 5. Milly Nakakande. 5. Penny Mbabazi

I find these people to be intellectual giants capable of even running the state using their brains. I have never found any of them wanting. Engage Sheila, she is faultless because for her her primary consideration is human rights. Betty is very intelligent but sometimes doubtful - she appeals to logic and meticulous study to arrive at a conclusion. Sheila will arrive at a conclusion so swiftly but that conclusion especially if it has human rights connotations will be the very best. If Sheila was a judge in any court, it is possible nobody would be convicted while innocent.

Josephine shares similar character traits with Sheila. She is a superb intellectual but also I have never seen anybody with the love for humanity that surpasses that of Josephine. She is not only a full woman but accomplished, refined and exact.
Go to Alice, very passionate on human rights. Come to Milly. She is an embodiment of humility, love and mercy. She speaks not by words but by actions and treatment. She shares the little or the much she has with those in need.

Come to Penny Mbabazi Atuhaire. A very hardworking, consultative person constantly in search of knowledge. Both Sheila and Penny write opinion pieces in papers. You read their works and you leave uplifted. While Sheila on paper speaks purely through the heart, Penny's works reflect hard work and an insatiable search for knowledge. Ultimately, sooner than since what you consume if you are genuine informs your thought if you are not a pretender, Penny will soon be as thorough as Sheila. I have not written much about Alice because I have never shared a desk with her but I have subjected all those powerful women to psychological, analytical surgery.

My concern is, why does Sewanyana deliberately kills their career? Does he not know that I am going to share all this with the FHRI donors and the international community but also share everything on the human rights defenders' mailing list? Sadly, with a few exceptions, all Executive Directors of NGOs seem to have sucked the same breast with Livingstone. It is JK Zirabamuzale who has no thirst for money that does CSO work professionally but with handicaps because without mone, you can only do so much or so little.

I have stated before several times, if huge chunks of money to NGOs are not given to political parties whose structures and mandate start with and end with the subaltern on the grassroots, the country will continue riding for a fall.

And that is not to say NGOs are unnecessary. They are actually inevitable. But the practice now is that the NGOs serve the interests of the dictatorship. People like Niringiye who hobnob with the likes of Kaheru while at the same time purporting to advance democracy, we need prayers. But also, we need to judge serious people on the basis of their character. If a person is patronising, condescending and has an inflated ego just because he/she has a PhD, then that PhD would like they say permanent head damage. I have tested Zac Niringiye and found him to be exactly that. Zac is a public figure and public figures have no public lives. I have talked with people who know this man of God, I have myself suffered when I analysed the Black Monday Movement, I have met him countless times. He is a mere demagogue who does not speak from his tongue. I am sure, I will be crucified but I do not fear that. I have my academic freedom which is summed up into freedom of thought, freedom of speech, freedom of expression. Niringiye will not give Uganda democracy because he is not democratic. He is intolerant. In fact, when I raised queries, immediately the director of CBR raised me, paid me money the research organisation owed me and I was given a letter saying, my affiliation with CBR had expired and would not be renewed. Those who gave me the letter told me, the reason was because I talked about Niringiye. We even talk about God. Is Niringiye superhuman and superdivine? Gag me if you so wish but I have already said it.

In the name of the Living God, FHRI you will never prevail against me

I have been in Makindye Chief Magistrate's court over the stupid, malicious and what I would call hopeless and normless charges engineered against me by Foundation For Human Rights Initiative (FHRI) which has now morphed into Foundation for Human Rights Infringement (FHRI). Since November last year when the Human Rights Infringement organisation started abusing the justice system with a view to isolating me using legalistic (not lawful) means, the so-called principal witness has never appeared in court. All this time, it is the staff members of FHRI from the so-called, legal service division (LSD) which clearly is now Legal Service destruction - George Musiisi and Solome Nagadya have been appearing as complainants in turn. All the time they give lame execuses to explain the absence of the superficial complainant - Doreen Namyalo.

Today, I never saw her anywhere for close to 2 hours I was at the court premises with my brother George Musiisi. Asked as to where Doreen was, the response from George was "she will appear at the right time". By the time I entered the court room, the room was full to capacity and you needed to have been there to see how scared she got and ran away so fast from where she was to another place. She behaved as though she had seen a leopard.

I wondered, "Did she think I was going to beat her  or even "undress" her from the courtroom? The guilty are eternally afraid. You needed to have been there at Golf Course Hotel at a CCEDU function to see how mad Livingstone ran to the point of ordering police goons to detain me until my brother Nicholas Opiyo came for my release. You needed to have been there to witness the dehumanisation my brother J.V Sserwaniko was subjected to because he chose to cover the scuffle. I swear upon the living God, that Livingstone Sewanyana and his poorly formatted servants who suffer from mental virus will never ever prevail upon me.

I also want to state that I will never hire anyone to defend me in this matter. I will defend myself everywhere. I am also sure that His Worship George Wategere will not be induced like it was done with disgraceful James Wambaya to convict me. But also, I want to assure Livingstone that he is walking on a very slippery ground. With me, he has reached the 9th hour. I have already informed Prof Kanyeihamba about everything and although I cannot share publicly what he told me, FHRI has laid itself bare. In fact, Dr Livingstone Sewanyana, you can meet with me at Prof Kanyeihamba's chambers tomorrow. You have so many questions to answer. You think you can always get away with impunity but this time impunity will get you away.

This time, Foundation for Human Rights Intitiative Executive Director Livingstone Sewanyana has laid himself naked

The Foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI) headed by a prominent man in the human rights circles known as Livingstone Sewanyana has for more than two months been subjecting me to untold suffering, physical, mental and psychological torture and all forms of indignity including deprivation of my property and money.  Starting 12^th November, FHRI has been preoccupied with killing my good name which I have striven to build and defend for very many years. On the 12^th November, FHRI published a statement on its facebook page which was dubbed a press statement showing how I was no longer a member to the organization. When I asked whether anyone had a right to strip me of my membership given that it was not donated to me, my comments were deleted from the organization facebook page and I was blocked from posting any further comments. And this is  “a human rights organization”. This is an organization that believes in traducing people’s names and thereafter block them from giving their own versions.  What FHRI did reminded me of what the Uganda Police Force did. Because I never mince my words, I was blocked from posting comments on the facebook page of the Uganda Police Force.

FOUNDATION FOR HUMAN RIGHTS INITIATIVE STATEMENT CONCERNING ONE VINCENT VESSY NUWAGABA

The Foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI), wishes to inform the general public, partners, and the membership that a one Vincent Vessy Nuwagaba, who was associated with FHRI as a member has of recent been involved in criminal acts of violence, abuse, including misinformation that we take exception of.

He has on a number of occasions been arrested and prosecuted. In one incident in 2010, he was convicted and jailed at Luzira Prison for a period of 10 months on a charge of assault and defamation. In 2012, he assaulted a police officer at the Uganda Human Rights Commission (UHRC) and was subsequently charged at Buganda Road Magistrate’s court, while on two other occasions, he assaulted officials at Makerere University and subsequently abused the magistrate hearing the matter.

Of recent, he has been engaged in criminal acts of violence against the staff at the FHRI. On 18th October 2013, he attempted to rape a female member of staff and on 1st November 2013, he attacked and severally bit a male member of staff. He was arrested and detained at Kabalagala Police station and subsequently charged at Makindye Chief Magistrate’s Court on the 8th of November, 2013. He was remanded to Luzira Prison, and released on bail on the 12th of November, 2013.

In another incident he caused grievous bodily harm on our security staff. He is due to appear in court on 5th December 2013 to answer charges ranging from attempted rape, criminal trespass and causing bodily harm.

He is currently involved in character assassination and making defamatory statements against the person of the Executive Director, FHRI, Mr. Livingstone Sewanyana, because he has taken a strong stand against his unbecoming conduct. He purports to have been a staff member of the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative which is false. The truth is that being a member of FHRI, he was always allowed to use our Resource Centre, and taking advantage of that he would make false representations.

The public is warned that this person has on many occasions used abusive language, made defamatory statements against prominent members of the academia, civil society, media, judiciary, and government. He uses this strategy of character assassination and, blackmail to extort money from unsuspecting and innocent people. He pretends sometimes to be mentally sick well knowing the consequences of his actions. FHRI cannot condone this unbecoming behavior, and to this end, we invite you to join us in exposing and isolating this individual through all lawful means.

We therefore advise members of the public to treat his utterances/allegations with the contempt they deserve and to be aware of his acts of violence, blackmail and extortion which could endanger any one he targets.

I would like to use this public forum to pose questions for the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative but also make my own comments which will go a long way in clarifying my position. I beg to put the record very straight.

I have no criminal record whatsoever

I have never been involved in any criminal acts because I was properly brought up. I grew up in a very good family under the good care of my late grandma Susanna Kirakwende who taught me the values of honesty, moral uprightness, hard work, teamwork, tolerance and above all the love and fear of God. My grandma who was a legionary of Mary despised pretence, dishonesty and hypocrisy. Because of that, I also despise these vices. Unfortunately, to people like Livingstone Sewanyana, dishonesty, pretence, hypocrisy and treachery are cherished values.

In fact, in 2009 there is a time when we had upcountry missions as the research division.  Different members in the division were to go to areas where they could fluently speak the local language. Charles Muloozi Olweny was to go to the northern Uganda since he is a Luo. Rashid Bunya who is a Muganda was to have his upcountry mission in the central and I was to go to the west since I am a Munyankore-Mukiga. Edmond Nkalubo who was our supervisor took Rashid Bunya to the north, central and when my turn came, he also went with him to the west leaving me out of these upcountry missions. 

When I asked why such a thing was done, no convincing answer was given to me. I appealed to the deputy director, programmes Sheila Muwanga and she was forthright. She told everyone that core principle number one of the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI) is equal opportunity which Edmond flouted. I only begged for a simple apology and an assurance that such a thing would never be repeated. I got no apology and no assurance that such would not be repeated. I straight went to Mr.  Livingstone Sewanyana. Instead of addressing the issues I had raised, he told me how some people would think I am a spy for the state at FHRI. I told him I will stick to the truth no matter the repercussions because as a Catholic and a Mukiga, the worst crime I can ever commit against my conscience and against my nation is to twist the truth. Mr Sewanyana told me that although I was a Catholic, it was unnecessary for me to stick to the truth. That is when I started developing misgivings about L.S as he is fondly called at the “Human Rights House”.

He who alleges proves

 It is a principle in law that he who alleges proves. FHRI alleges that I have been involved in criminal acts of violence, abuse, including misinformation that the management (or is it mismanagement) takes exception of. Let them give the details of the criminal acts I have been involved in. Let them urge the criminal justice system to have me prosecuted. I do not believe in impunity and I am sure if Foundation for Human Rights Initiative is a human rights organisation worth the name, it should abhor impunity. I am not above the law in any case I am not a president that I cannot be prosecuted when I am still in service.

Let FHRI enumerate the number of times I have been arrested and prosecuted and help the public know what the court verdicts have been in all the incidences I have been prosecuted. In other words, how many times have I been convicted and how many times have I been acquitted. Please, tell the public, whether I have been bribing the criminal justice institutions in cases where I have been acquitted.

 I have no criminal record
 For those of you who have always known Livingstone Sewanyana, George Musiisi, Doreen Namyalo and other people at FHRI to be lawyers, I must now disappoint you. These people were submarine law students. They are totally ignorant of the law. Otherwise, how would they say a person who was convicted by a paralegal (Grade II Magistrate James Wambaya after being prevailed upon by the corrupt regime) be acquitted of all the criminal charges, have sentences set aside and conviction quashed by a higher court has criminal records. 

Nelson Mandela was in prison for 27 years, I see FHRI heaping praises on him not calling him a criminal. The truth of the matter is that I deserve an award for accepting imprisonment in defence of social justice. The reason as to why I was jailed is because I opposed the increment of tuition fees at Makerere University by 126 percent in 2009. Nobody seems to know that I have always suffered because I love social justice.

Prior to my imprisonment, I had on three occasions been detained at Jinja Road Police station because I was striving to liberate Gaudence Tushabomwe who had been dumped in Butabika after fleecing her of her Sh 25million via COWE. Tushabomwe has now finished campus. She was given a state house scholarship afte I rescued her from that hell - Butabika where the state wanted to kill her using drugs. I liberated Sarah Miraji who had spent six months in police cells at Jinja Road Police stations. I have liberated too many people who are always illegally detained in police cells. And because civil society organizations con donors of their funds ostensibly to do human rights work which they do not do, they think they are my equals when it comes to human rights work. I am a human rights defender; Sewanyana and his ilk are human rights offenders.

Defamation charges?

 I am saddened that these so-called human rights defenders can exhibit naked ignorance on facebook. They say, I spent 10 months in jail in 2010 on a charge of assault and defamation. Can they prove (a) that I have ever been charged with defamation to begin with, (b) that I spent 10 months in jail? They sound like they are empty drums.

Can FHRI name the alleged female staff member that I attempted to rape? The truth of the matter is that I have never had feelings for the woman they allege I attempted to rape. I respect her as a human being but despise her character. Moreover, exceptionally beautiful and brilliant women who want me are so many that I cannot in anyway have time for the shadows at FHRI that have been desecrated by the FHRI director.

I expect FHRI to name a male staff member that I allegedly assaulted and the one on whom I allegedly caused grievous bodily harm. Let them also detail the cause of me assaulting and causing grievous bodily harm to those people. If you have ever been to a law class, you must have studied about causation. We need the truth to be told boldly, clearly and shamelessly.

 If I have defamed anyone at FHRI, I am ready for the long arm of the law. I know two defences in a defamation suit, i) justification, ii) fair comment. I am ready to justify everything I have said and written about FHRI and Sewanyana. I will not even bother myself hiring a lawyer if they sued me for defamation.

It is shameless on the part of Livingstone Sewanyana to deny that I have been a staff member at FHRI. Those of you who have read the FHRI reports must have read my name in some of those reports. Let FHRI and Livingstone explain whether they were hiring me as a consultant or how my name ended in those reports. In fact, I am suing FHRI for all my unpaid dues. Josephine Kankunda, Carol Adoch, Olweny Charles Mulozi, Mike Kayiwa, Edmond Nkalubo, Rashid Bunya among others that I worked with in the research are the ones to testify in court whether or not I have ever been FHRI staff member. But even if I have never been a staff member, so what? Does that answer the issues I have often raised?

I expect FHRI to name all the prominent members of academia, media, civil society judiciary and government that I have defamed. Give the details. Otherwise, this statement is simply hogwash and must be thrown into the garbage skip.

Please, be candid and show the people I have blackmailed with a view of extorting money from them. I have laboured to build my name. I do not expect the intellectual dwarfs at FHRI to erase the good name I have built for ages.

 If you are calling upon the public to expose and isolate me through lawful means, why don't you take the lead? You have all the facts about me (or you claim to have all the facts about me), including my sexual life, why do you call upon members of the public who are less knowledgeable about me to expose me lawfully?

FHRI has always worked for Museveni and NRM and many people didn’t know it. All known opposition members of the organization cannot be accepted on the FHRI Board. But the FHRI board comprises of open Musevenisists and some judicial officers known to have presided over the flagrant abuse of the opposition key figures’ rights. Some of the magistrates that are playing a key role in FHRI have very dirty hands. 

If tasked, I can even prove how they have always been bribed and they end up convicting innocent people wrongly. I cry when I recall how my friend Ivan Ntsigazi wrongly spent years in Murchison Bay Prison yet he was convicted by an FHRI member who has in the past served for two terms on the board and is now a member of the FHRI working group. Whenever I see the Magistrate that made Dr Kiiza Besigye suffer in Nabweru court seated among the FHRI dignitaries, I say God have mercy!

Finally, FHRI has committed all sorts of atrocities against me ranging from exploitation, mishandling of my cases, theft of my money, torture, brutal, cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment. On the 4th November 2013, they forced me to lie down looking into the sun directly. Crispy Kaheru,  Gwada Ogot and all other members of staff witnessed that horror. It is the very time I was deprived of my money, computer and other stuff. It is the very day, Elly Kasirye, Livingstone Sewanyana's nephew battered me terribly. It is that very day that my phone was shattered. I am sure, I will get justice. I am going to write to all FHRI donors whose addresses I have, I will write formally to Prof George W. Kanyeihamba, the FHRI patron and I will write to the FHRI Board of Directors headed by my very own recruit into FHRI Reverand Canon John Kateeba Tumwiine. We must have an extraordinary Annual General Meeting to address these critical matters.

I have in the past handed myself to the police following the wild claims by FHRI that I am a hardcore criminal and nothing has been done to me. I now call upon the police to arrest me, take me to court and call Livingstone Sewanyana as a state witness against me. As a social scientist, I am dismayed that ostensibly understanding people like FHRI management can make such blatant, weird and defamatory falsehoods against a person who has since 2004 worked for FHRI, recruited various members for the organization but also promoted the organization far and wide. This is not the reciprocity that I expected. I wish all Ugandans at Heart, a merry Christmas, a blessed festive season and a prosperous 2014.

The madness of FHRI Boss

Today at Golf Course Hotel I have confirmed one thing. We have two people in Uganda who are totally out of their senses or the senses are totally out of them. These two are Yoweri Museveni and Foundation For Human Rights Initiative (FHRI)'s Livingstone Sewanyana. For Museveni, he is insane. Unfortunately, for Sewanyana, insanity is an understatement. The man is mad. He is irredeemable. Mad men or women are those that you see eating from skip bins, dust bins or what we the Bakiga call kasasiro. Those of you who think you have always seen Livingstone Sewanyana in suits, being driven in vehicles, speaking in conferences and conventions, you have always had your eyes and minds delude you. You have always been seeing a ghost and a shadow of the former Livingstone Sewanyana who was a human rights defender.

The husbands of the women who work at FHRI that sleep with that ghost need our fervent prayers. I know it is difficult to recover from the shock. I went to Golf Course Hotel for a CCEDU function. I started CCEDU. Myself, Jackie Asiimwe, Arthur Larok, Prof Jassy Kwesiga and my brother Olweny Charles Mulozi contributed almost 90% to what is now called CCEDU. Sewanyana only had a hazy idea that would enable him further pilfer taxpayers' money of the donor communities. We concretised it into an institution that CCEDU now is. I was arrested on the 17th of August 2009 as I was distributing invitation letters for the CCEDU launch to the Makerere University school of law, the mighty faculty of social sciences and the philosophy department. If that ghost Sewanyana does not know, at least Sheila Muwanga knows best.

It is I and I alone who called on board trade unionists (and today, the acting chair of CCEDU advisory board is Irene Kaboole which Irene Kaboole I held by the hand, took to FHRI and paid for her with my own money to become FHRI life member). I was fully responsible for Kaboole's ascendency to the CCEDU advisory board. Kaboole further borrowed money from me worth 1.5 million shillings and I suffered with her.

I personally recruited the current FHRI chairman of the board Rev Canon John Kateeba Tumwine. It is me who convinced another board member Celestine Mugisha to pay up and become a life member of FHRI. I recruited Prof Yasin Olum into FHRI and has been on the board. Barbara Katende, a former board chairperson is my former teacher in the political science department.

Now the madman, fraudster and grand father of thieves Livingstone Sewanyana labels a rapist, a habitual criminal and when I am invited to a CCEDU meeting, he orders goons to manhandle me? My two chapters in the study we did for the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) together with UNDP whose team leader was the iconic Prof John-Jean Barya and the other researchers Prof Samson James Opolot, Dr Simon Rutabajuka and Dr Ronald Wesonga, are far richer in content and substance. I wrote in chapter four on the electoral laws and in chapter six I wrote on the economics of elections. Prof Barya rated my two chapters the very best and I recommend Crispy Kaheru and all other interested parties in CCEDU to contact Prof Barya for the original report of our study.

Finally, I had gone to the CCEDU meeting to represent myself as a founder member of CCEDU but I was also representing the iconic political leader Norbert Mao the president of the only party that stands for truth and justice. Dehumanising me at the CCEDU function means dehumanising President Norbert Mao. Dehumanising President Mao means dehumanising the Democratic Party. I demand an open apology. You may call me a fool although by all standards I am not. But you can never take me for a stupid fool.

I am now on Annihilation mission if Uganda is to be healed.

I now have embarked on a journey of annihilation. I will annihilate Foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI) management - that is to say Livingstone Sewanyana because FHRI management means only and only Sewanyana. I will annihilate his driver Allan Semalulu (at FHRI he is called Semalalu, whatever that means), I will annihilate his nephew Elly Kasirye who is attached to the Capacity Development Division headed by a very brilliant lawyer called Alice Nassakka. I will annihilate Rose Kamuli FHRI's Finance Manager. I will annihilate George Musiisi, attached to the FHRI Legal Services Division. I will annihilate Doreen Namyalo who has caused me all the torment I have gone through since 17th October 2013. If you ask for the details, I will give them. Let nobody lie to you that I attempted to rape Doreen Namyalo on Friday October 18. I was to sleep at Uncle Daudi's place in Bushenyi town the previous night of Thursday 17. Let Elizabeth Nantamu and my brother January Sunday of Amnesty Commission c/o +256701647434 and +256775422343 give the details. I am not ready to go to Court on 5th December 2013 because Detective Mwesigye under the influence of DPC SP Mbaasa amended the original charge sheet where I was charged with assault and criminal trespass. On the original file the complainant was Allan Ssemalulu and the alleged crimes were allegedly committed on 4th November 2013. On the file under which I was taken to court, the alleged crime was committed on 18 October 2013. My very brilliant lawyer and Brother Asuman Basalirwa, you need to guide me on that. I will only go to Makindye Chief Magistrates Court if the trial magistrate assures me that he will dismiss the stupid charges against me and order for my compensation.

I will only report to Kabalagala Police Station to pick my Bible - the African Bible, my wallet containing my critical documents including but not limited to my Identity Card and all vital documents. I will also go back to pick my SH 50 Million which I was going with to Kyamuhunga at Shwenkuru Silver Banagura's home to buy land in Butare or Mashonga so that my dear mother could settle. I will go to Kabalagala to pick my laptop, my passport and all academic papers which were in my bag and I was going to keep them at home in Bushenyi. Remember, these documents were recently stolen from me in Wandegeya so as to frustrate me from applying for an IDRC funded PhD at MISR under the wise leadership of Prof Mamdani. Because God gave me a scientific mind, I applied nonetheless and won a scholarship!

Now it is emerging Livingstone who is doing his PhD from Capetown South Africa is scared of me who is starting lectures on Jan 6, 2014 at Makerere University. And therefore, he has confirmed that I committed a capital offense! Imagine a person who wishes me the gallows because I ask him tough questions!

I will annihilate Paul Kihika, Tony Geoffrey Owana and Jane Kasumba of Uganda Broadcasting Corporation and they know the reasons. The torment I have endured at the premises of the national broadcaster is too much to bear. I have even filed a complaint to UHRC and nothing has been done.

I will annihilate Johnson Bahimbise former Officer in Charge Station at Kampala Central Police Station when I was introduced to the hell I have endured up to this day. Imagine the torment I have gone through since April 11, 2008 to date and I am still tormented. Comrades Ssenkumbi Ibin and Simeo Muwanga Nsubuga take note. I will annihilate John Ndunguse who was the PSU commandant for doing a stupid job when I complained before PSU. I will annihilate Robert Magyezi of the Police Legal Unit who claimed was my Brother Alexander Kibandama's classmate. I will annihilate Kabalagala's DPC Superintendent of Police Mbaasa and his Officer in Charge Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Division -a Muslim Mukiga lady together with his Officer in Charge Station Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police (C/ASP) Mugerwa. I will also annihilate another Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police (C/ASP) attached to Kabalagala Police Station only identified as BRIAN.

I will annihilate Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF's) Col Felix Kulayigye for dehumanising me from the UBC premises which are public premises by the way.

At Makerere University, I will annihilate Isaac Bakayana of the Law School for dehumanising me in class in 2011. The current third year students can give the details. I will annihilate Vincent Ekwang and Joan school of law registrar. I will also annihilate Paul Omach of the Political Science Department.
In the Red Pepper I will annihilate Johnson Taremwa for defaming me in the Red Pepper of Thursday 20, 2009 a day after I was taken to Luzira after tormenting me from Wandegeya Police Cells. I will not forget to annihilate Musinguzi who in 2009 was attached to Mak and Wandegeya Police and stole my money after shabbily brutalising me. I will annihilate Mission Samuel who was the OC Station of Makerere in 2009 and I will annihilate the woman who was used to lie that I assaulted her thereby earning me a subsequent jail sentence in Murchison Bay Prison. Isaac Egesa of Makerere can attest to that.

In the judiciary I will annihilate James Wambaya and the judge and Registra who dismissed my civil suit 52/2009. I hope I have not forgotten - if it is not 52/2009 then it is 92/2009.

I will annihilate Advocate Robert Kafuuko Ntuyo who accepted my money and messed up my case.
In the first family I will annihilate Justus Karuhanga who messed up my matter when it was being handled by state house. Justus told me to sue the state well aware that they will prevail over the judiciary to mismanage it. I will not spare you Justus.

At Uganda Human Rights Commission I will annihilate Commission Secretary Gordon Mwesigye, Florence Munyarwa, Public Affairs Manager and Roselyn Karugonjo who formerly was director for treaties, monitoring and inspection for all the torment they subjected to me for a full year and the subsequent incarceration in Luzira on no grounds. I will also not spare the gate man Caleb who was used and is now being referred to by FHRI as a police officer.

In Citizens’ Coalition for Electoral Democracy in Uganda (CCEDU),  I will annihilate my brother Crispy Kaheru for all the badmouthing he has done against me simply because he fears my brains for we have been together since 2001. I will also not spare Mary Irene Kaboole the current chair of the CCEDU advisory board for defaulting my money first, subjecting me to indignity and humiliation on top of defaulting my money and then running down CCEDU. I started CCEDU; I was arrested from Makerere University on 17^th August 2009 when I had gone on a CCEDU assignment. I never witnessed its launch on the 19^th August 2009 because I was still in police cells at Wandegeya from where at 3pm I was taken to KCC kangaroo court from where I was remanded to Luzira up to 3^rd September by the shameless Grade II magistrate James Wambaya. By the time I came out, I found out that my suit against the government and Butabika’s Tom Onen had been dismissed on 28 August 2009 in my absence! Because God is incorruptible I annihilated Tom Onen without even a phone call. Now he is resting in eternal damnation. All the people I intend to annihilate will go to eternal damnation and I will not even use a single bullet against them. But for sure, I will annihilate them.

Of my close relatives, I will annihilate Julius Mutabazi the current LDC Guild President and my nephew Franco Tumuhimbise the current 3rd year law student at Makerere School of Law but also an officer in the URA for being uncouth and embodiments of everything evil, satanic and ugly. I will spare Sunday January because I am convinced he can learn. I will also spare IGP Kale Kayihura because he is a Mugiri like me and thus my paternal uncle. I will spare Yoweri Museveni because as a Mugahe he must be my maternal uncle. I will however, relieve Museveni and Kayihura of leadership positions. However, I will annihilate Janet Museveni, her daughters and all the people around her who claim to be Balokole. In a number of times I have been conducting studies for Professor John-Jean Barya, Mzee F. Gureeme, the father to Robinah Rwakojo has often used the analogy of a fox to refer to Janet Museveni. Mzee Gureme always remarks that like the Fox which barks from every hill, Janet Museveni backs from every hill and valley in and around Kampala, Mukono, Entebbe and Wakiso to mean that her land and houses are ubiquitous. How she gets the money, she cannot explain. Janet must die.

In the Prisons, I will annihilate Tomy Otim who caned me with his stick 500 times. In the Psychiatric Section, I will annihilate Julius Muroni of Butabika, Kirinya ward for subjecting me to 30 injections which kept me unconscious for three weeks in 2011 but also was used by my enemies to keep me on drugs for the insane when I was a convict in Murchison Bay. I will spare but punish heavily Robert Okuyat for he was under the orders of Muroni. I will spare but punish heavily David Basangwa for his role in subjecting me to police brutality in 2009 when I was on a mission to liberate Gaudence Tushabomwe. I will annihilate Grace Lubale who was the administrator at Butabika and left to join UPDF management. I will annihilate Kireka Ward In -charge Debora of Butabika. I will annihilate all the security guards in Butabika who always held me as Julius Muloni subjected me to life and health killing drugs.

I will annihilate African Centre for the Treatment and Rehabilitaion of Torture Victims (ACTV), East and Horn of Africa Human Rights Defenders Project (EHAHRDP) and Foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI) for mishandling my complaints thereby denying me justice. ACTV acknowledged Tom Onen's stupid report which declared me insane. FHRI ignored my file and East and Horn of Africa Human Rights Defender's Project Tabitha ignored my case emphatically insisting FHRI is fully in control. Remember I had been referred to Tabitha by FAHAMU, Frontline Defenders and Amnesty Commission. At home in Bitereko, I will annihilate Bagwagye's son Naboth for stealing my motor bike yet I had helped him so much.

In the loud-mouthed so-called activists, I will annihilate David Zac Niringiye, Cissy Kagaba, HURINET'S Patrick Tumwine and I will punish people such Richard Sewakiryanga, Godber W. Tumushabe and Arthur Bainomugisha. I will also look for Judy of Land and Equity Movement in Uganda (LEMU) and annihilate is she is still using donor funds. I will also annihilate NOTU leadership and I will annihilate Nordic Consulting Group if Allen Asiimwe and Beatrice are still there.

I will not spare the speaker of Parliament Right Honourable Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga. In 2009 I personally submitted a petition which can be accessed on the website of Ugandans At Heart, she ignored it. I was to be served a jail sentence because I opposed fees increment and wrote a letter to President Museveni which can be accessed online also on this site www.africanexecutive.com/modules/magazine/article_print.php?. In 2011, when I attempted to re-submit the same petition, AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi blocked us. The right honourable Kadaga knows quite well that university education is now a preserve of the rich, she knows well that the practice in Uganda contravenes section 2 of the Universities and Tertiary Institutions Act but she continues to keep silent. The human rights committee of Parliament chaired by my area district woman MP Jovah Kamateka is impotent. Yet people say Kadaga should be our president! In my view, she is not even fit to be a Member of Parliament.

I will also politically annihilate Major General Kahinda Otafiire who has led Ruhinda, our county since 1994 and there is nothing to show for it. I am ready to represent my county Ruhinda on the Democratic Party Ticket whose principles are truth and justice. I am being scared that Otafiire will rig the election. Let him attempt to do it when we are in the race together. I will call all my supporters in Bubangizi SSS play ground and we conduct a head count. Others will assemble in Kamabare Open Market, others in Kirambi open market, Ikona and Rwenkuriju and all the open grounds. I will use Otafiire’s money for I will deploy my agents in his camp to pick money and tricks. If we are to have elections in 2016 which is highly unlikely, the Ruhinda County seat is for Vincent Vessy Nuwagaba, Democratic Party diehard to win.

 Finally, as a fighter I know I have spread the frontline and opened so many wars at the same time. But I am happy, I will win. I am the biblical David and all my enemies are Goliaths. I want justice or death. But if I am denied justice nobody else will get it. Norbert Mao, Rugaba Hussein Kashillingi, Nicholas Opiyo, Asuman Basalirwa and senior human rights advocate Ladislaus Kiiza Rwakafuuzi take note. At least, I will not commit suicide. Not when the Democratic Party is on the verge of capturing political power. I have chosen this line because dialogue has been overly frustrated and I learnt while studying about revolutionary violence that “Dawa ya moto ni moto” (the antidote for fire is fire). Franz Fanon says colonialism is by nature violence and can only yield if confronted by greater violence. Likewise impunity, dishonesty, pretence and hypocrisy and necessarily synonymous with violence and we must use the same means they use against me if I am to have justice. At least the entire world now knows. There cannot be resurrection without death. Museveni and Sewanyana and his ilk have killed me several times and I have had multiple resurrections. Accordingly, it is not my turn to die. It is the turn of those whose souls died before their bodies to have their bodies dead also so that we can have real paradise here on the Ugandan soil.  This annihilation mission is a fulfillment of my Grand Mother Susanna Kirakwende’s (RIP) prophecy of the January 26, 1986 when she told my uncle Gervase Muhumuza a.k.a Karuhinda that once a Muhima captures power he will not leave easily adding that if Democratic Party never captures power, peace, development and justice will continue to delude Uganda. Uganda is God’s chosen country. God has heard the cries of His people and has come to their rescue through the humble, poor Vincent Nuwagaba. May God’s name always be praised. Glory be to the Father, and to the son and to the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be world without end. Amen
