Kasese massacres shouldn't shock Ugandans especially when a former guerilla made this shocking revelations about the killings in Luwero.

Add the blood letting in Rwanda, North & Eastern Uganda, DRC, South Sudan and now Kasese since 2012. It's just a continuation of the cleasening of people who don't agree with him politically.
