Dear David Basangwa,
I have been tormented too much by the state initially using our public
hospital that you serve. On very many occasions you have almost
succeded in killing me but my God is a mighty one.
When I exposed your madness when you had detained Gaudence Tushabomwe,
I was greatly beaten and declared me persona non grata in Butabika.
You even charged me with criminal tresspass never mind that Butabika
is a public hospital. That was between May to June 2009. A week later
after my dehumanisation, I wanted to ask Kayihura why he torments me.
He ordered for my arrest but John Ndunguse and others that he had
ordered feared me.
When I met Moses Kafeero who was in Katwe then and you used to call
him together with Jinja Road DPC and all other officers above the rank
of IP, Moses Kafeero prostrated before me. When asked why, he said
that the experts told him that I have overflowing brains. Asked what
he meant, he said Dr Basangwa, Dr Kigozi, Dr Julius Muroni told him
and other police officers that I am a genius.
At the launch of the Black Monday Movement, Kawesi attempted to
misbehave and I told him the reason he is what he is is because of the
relationship with IGP Kale Kayihura (who is my paternal uncle), he
said he was taking me to Butabika and when I dared him, he coiled his
tail. A week or so later when he was invited to Makerere School of Law
to say a word or two about Professor John-Jean Barya on the police, I
told him to tell his bosses - Kayihura and Museveni that I am not
their ball to be kicked by every police man including the extremely
malnourished. When we went for the cocktail, Felix Kawesi confessed to
Prof Barya that I was a genious. Prof Barya told him (Kaweesi) that he
had mentored me ever since I finished my first degree.
Although I never finished the Bachelor of Law programme I had started
in 2009, I don't regret what I got. A nine months period in jail is a
PhD in politics, human rights, terrorism, governance and so forth. At
a time I get convinced that the ghosts led by chief ghost Yoweri
Museveni must be exorcised, I will publish all I got from the military
men detained in Luzira. I tell you from Museveni to the lowest NRM
cadre, they will murder themselves. Right now Museveni and NRM's front
is circular. A meoment I provoke the commander - Museveni to order
that the soldiers fire, they will kill each other. Of course, Museveni
is schizophrenic and you should keep him in Butabika.
That said, if you don't write a public psychiatric report clearing me,
I am coming tomorrow with my computer, modem and my phone. Book for me
in the private wing in which slept Saleh's son Ivan -who told me his
mother is Kellen Kayonga. Don't take me to Kirinya where you often
take Patrick Bitatuure's family members. In fact, being mentally sick
is not a crime. The only problem is that Butabika has been demonised
and the mentally sick are stigmatised. Has mental illness barred Oscar
Kambona from being a wonderful lawyer? If you cannot keep me in the
private ward, I will gladly accept to receive drugs through the OPD.
Otherwise, it is sheer madness for me to be labelled insane yet I am
undergoing prosecution. Since FHRI claims that I am a rapist yet I
have been working with them since 2004 - doing research without pay,
working in the FHRI EOG with a meager stipend of Sh 250,000 and
working with them thereafter without pay yet the women that Sewanyana
fucks earn fat salaries even when they have stagnant brains. Sewanyana
will pay for my stay and upkeep in the private wing.
I will share with you and all Ugandans ready to fight Sewanyana's
crookedness all the correspondences I have had with him. His nephew
called me on Saturday using a hidden number and told me, "You insane
rapist, I must kill you". I do not want to die because of insanity.
Kindly keep me safe there and ensure I do all my studies safely. You
will also hire the consultants together with police to ensure I do all
my schorlary work from MISR library which I do every day. They will
have to escort me to all washrooms. They will have to prepare all my
food and first taste it before I eat. This is because I am insane and
a rapist. Since I am insane, I will not answer to any court charges.
But I will surely sue for libel and no amount of money will replenish
my name. If FHRI and Sewanyana have 100 trillion, I will forgive him.
If not I will annihilate him. Take me to court over that matter and I
will plead guilty.
